The burden of cancer is indeed growing and alarming, with a widening care Gap due to inadequate manpower and a shortage of cancer treatment facilities in Nigeria.

Early detection and grassroots awareness campaigns remain the best approach in the fight against this deadly scourge.

To promote awareness for screening and early detection, ROVINA Medical Diagnostic Services, in collaboration with Oriade Local Government, is organising a symposium with free cancer screening to mark this year’s World Cancer Day.

We will be offering free breast and cervical cancer screening.

Date: Wednesday,4th February, 2026.

Venue: Oriade Secretariat Hall, Oriade Local Government. Mumuni Adio Badmus Road, Ijegun Egba, Satellite town. Lagos.
